When the leader of a fallen strike team sets out to uncover the source of the attack that decimated his crew, he soon finds himself facing off against a psychotic drug dealer who appears to have been covertly funded by a renegade arm of the United States military in this guns and glory bullet ballet starring action icon Steven Seagal.
